# Claiming domains from direct transfer/NFT marketplace

Apart from minting a domain yourself, you may also receive it via direct transfer from another user, or purchase it from our partner NFT marketplace Minted.

You have to claim it under “My Domains” before you can manage the Domain Profile or set it as Default Domain.

## Step-by-step guide

**Step 1.** Go to Cronos ID homepage and click “My Domains”.
